Great value place, I thoroughly enjoyed very amiable personnel.

Everything was very good, family ambience. The hotel was short walk to Kristiansand car ferry, busstation, trainstation and ferry and the city center thanks to its excellent and ideal location.

Good and excellent location short walk to the walking street and bus stop/terminal, railway station, and the ferry and the central street with lots of restaurants and cafes, I felt safe. I had delicious food for breakfast for vegetarian.

There was a bit hard bed in my room.

The location of the hotel was perfect and magnificent - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Visit Kristiansand. The food was appetising with variety of choice!

The staff were best and excellent and had a sense of humour. The location was nice for exploring this pedestrian area, just next door to supermarket and walking street, both, the ferry terminal and the city center, and bus stop. Also, Kristiansand Cathedral was 1 km away from the hotel.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, putting you in the heart of everything. The value for money is unbeatable, with affordable prices and basic amenities provided. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your needs are taken care of. The rooms may be small, but they are clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Plus, the breakfast included in the price is a great bonus, especially for vegetarians with dietary restrictions.

Nice modern hotel for a reasonable price close to the ferry terminal. Free internet access available. Ideal to stay a night when you arrive by boat in the evening and need to travel further into Norway the next day. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are a bit small, especially the bathroom.

Friendly staff. Very basic but good facilities. (Almost) all you need for a short stay.

Washing bassin too small (even for washing hands). A small cupboard and an extra chair would have made our stay just that little bit more comfortable ....

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, Citybox Lite offers a no-frills budget accommodation that is perfect for solo travelers like us. The rooms may be compact, but they are impeccably clean and the shower is excellent. The staff were polite and helpful. We appreciated the inclusive breakfast, which provided us with the basics to start our day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely choose Citybox Lite for our next visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and central location.

The reception staff was outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. the rooms were Spartan but clean and quiet. Yess is an easy walk (with baggage) from the RR station; and is very the major shopping area. Our 20 something grandsons enjoyed the nightlife.

The service was very good, that made the hotel excellent value place. It was modern, neat and with good space.

This was a particularly good location just off the walking street and bus stop/terminal, the main bus station, and Close to Ferry. The room was new-fashioned and neat included an iron with ironing board, a writing table and a chair.

It was clean with genuinely helpful staff. The place was well priced.

The staff were arrogant, didn't expect that coming.
